This year, I’ve planted thyme to enjoy homegrown herbs, learn about their benefits, and explore new recipes. I bought a bag of seeds, and they grew abundantly. Thyme has a powerful and distinct aroma; whenever I touch it, the scent lingers on my hands. The smell of it reminds me of mint.
I envisioned how delightful it would taste in a drink, as I particularly enjoy refreshing flavors that are minty, tart, sour, and slightly bitter. And believe me, it tastes so good that I want to drink it all the time. It’s as good as morning coffee; you will drink it instantly. That is the only bad thing; it won’t last long.
